In the production of injection-moulded EVA articles, waste can be as high as 30 per cent: unsuitable items for sale, material used for colour changes and purging materials account for almost a third of total production.
This represents the biggest problem in the production cycle of EVA products.
Our technology makes it possible to reuse such waste up to 40 per cent on the production of new compounds, so that significant cost savings can be achieved both in waste disposal costs and in the purchase of new raw material.
